A new development milestone for New Hanza Apartments – a time capsule laid in the foundations

The New Hanza Apartments project at 10 Gustava Kluča Street has reached another important construction milestone – a time capsule was ceremonially laid in the foundations of the building.

As is customary on such occasions, the capsule contains a message for future generations – a symbolic testament to the work being carried out today and our vision for the urban environment we are creating for the future.

This moment marks not only the progress of construction, but also our confidence that New Hanza Apartments will become an important and sustainable part of Riga’s urban landscape, where contemporary architecture, a high-quality living environment and thoughtful development will provide homes for many generations to come.
