The project provides for the reconstruction and improvement of energy efficiency of the office building at Dēļu Street 4, Riga, by implementing 4 separate construction plans:
Reconstruction of parts of the office building at Dēļu Street 4, Riga, in 3 phases;
Simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency at Dēļu Street 4, Riga – Phase 1;
Simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency at Dēļu Street 4, Riga – Phase 2;
Simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency at Dēļu Street 4, Riga – Phase 3.
After completion of the reconstruction and energy efficiency improvement works, the project will be certified in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM International Non-Domestic Refurbishment standard at “Very Good” level, confirming the building’s compliance with high standards of sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental quality.
