Partial reconstruction of the “Dēļu 4” office building and simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency in 4 stages:

• Reconstruction of parts of the office building at 4 Dēļu Street, Riga;
• Simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency at 4 Dēļu Street, Riga;
• Simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency, 4 Dēļu Street, Riga, Stage 2;
• Simplified reconstruction of the office building to improve energy efficiency, 4 Dēļu Street, Riga, Stage 3.

After reconstruction, the facility will be certified according to BREEAM International Non-Domestic Refurbishment Very Good requirements.
