Pillar Contractor, as the general contractor, carried out the renovation and reconstruction works of the Konventa Sēta Hotel building complex at Kalēju iela 9/11, including façade restoration, building reconstruction, reconstruction of roof structures, and extensive internal utility network works. The project was implemented in a cultural monument of national significance and within a UNESCO World Heritage site, ensuring uninterrupted hotel operations and compliance with Latvian building regulations and contractual deadlines.
