Construction period: 01.2020. – 01.2021.
Pillar Contractor, as the general contractor, carried out the restoration and reconstruction works of the Konventa Sēta Hotel buildings lit. No. 002 and lit. No. 010, including façade restoration, floor reconstruction, and installation of internal utility networks. The works were carried out in a cultural monument of national significance and within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, without interrupting the hotel’s operations, in compliance with the contract terms and the construction standards of the Republic of Latvia.
