Responsible Construction Manager

Requirements:

  • secondary vocational or higher education in a construction-related field;
  • LBS BSSI construction practice certificate in the management of building construction works;
  • previous work experience as a responsible construction manager or in an equivalent position for at least 3 years;
  • good knowledge of Latvian;
  • good computer skills (MS Office, Autodesk, AutoCAD, MS Project);
  • Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities:

  • ensure the management of construction project implementation in accordance with the assigned tasks;
  • planning and control of the scope of construction works, planning and control of the calendar schedule, defining and monitoring quality requirements;
  • coordination and control of contractors’ work;
  • maintenance and management of construction project documentation;
  • managing a team of subordinates, work planning and organization, quality and deadline control;
  • liaising with regulatory bodies and institutions on construction-related issues.
