Assistant Estimator

a student in a construction-related field;
understanding of the construction process as a whole;
good knowledge of Latvian and at least one foreign language;
good computer skills (MS Office, Autodesk, AutoCAD, MS Project);
a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy, willingness to actively learn and develop;
good communication and cooperation skills.

participation in preparing and evaluating cost estimates for the construction process in accordance with construction projects;
participation in conducting price surveys of suppliers and subcontractors and analyzing received offers;
participation in determining the quantities of materials and machinery required for construction work, and preparing requests for quotations (RFQs);
preparation of cost estimation documentation in accordance with legal and project requirements;
