Assistant Construction Manager

Requirements:

  • experience in preparing and coordinating documentation for construction sites is desirable;
  • good planning skills and accuracy;
  • ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards work;
  • good Latvian language skills;
  • good computer skills (MS Office);
  • willingness to acquire new knowledge;
  • Category B driver’s license;
  • readiness to work on a construction site.

Responsibilities:

  • providing support and assistance to the responsible construction manager;
  • work with BIS (Construction Information System).
