Architect

completed higher education in architecture;
at least 3 years of professional experience as an architect;
experience in reviewing construction design solutions / quality control;
understanding of the preparation and structure of construction documentation;
knowledge of industry regulations;
ability to successfully cooperate with clients, designers, and other parties involved in the construction process;
good knowledge of Latvian, Russian, and English;
category B driving licence – desirable;
good skills in 3D modelling (REVIT) and preparation of drawings.

development of architectural designs for industrial, commercial, and residential buildings;
preparation of design proposals for clients;
work in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (REVIT) environments;
BIM design experience is desirable;
preparation of architectural project documentation;
carrying out author supervision.
